Tn.w social contract

Freedom Needs Boundaries

Every Naked World event is built on trust, respect, and freedom of expression. Our rules aren’t here to restrict that freedom — they exist to protect it. They set the foundation for safety, consent, and inclusivity so that everyone can explore and connect without fear of judgement or harm.

Our community thrives when everyone feels safe, respected, and free to express themselves in an environment that is liberating and playful. By entering The Naked World, you agree to uphold & respect the following rules, which are the social contract that allow curiosity to thrive and vulnerability to be celebrated.

01. ENTRY

Dresscode is important. Guests are expected to arrive in attire that reflects the event’s theme and vulnerability — creativity and intention are essential. Standard clothing is not accepted, and anyone dressed for an ordinary night out will be refused entry without a refund. While genitals must remain covered, all nipples are treated equally.

Doors are open from 10pm to midnight, after which a one-way door policy applies — once you leave, re-entry is not permitted.

Each guest may leave one item at the coat check free of charge; additional items will incur a $5 fee per item... we suggest bringing one bag to hold all your belongs.

02. RESPECT

The Undie Party is a non-sexual event. We co-create spaces built on respect, curiosity, and freedom of expression. Our events are not performances or spectacles; they are living communities where everyone contributes to the atmosphere through their energy, openness, and care.

Always exercise 100% respect towards one another and yourself. Each person helps shape the safety and quality of the experience — this only works when we all participate with awareness and intention.

Respect the environment and the people within it. Use the bins provided and notify staff of any breakages, spills or areas that need attention, i.e. toilets.

03. INCLUSION

We prioritise inclusion and equality. We celebrate LGBTQIA+, non-binary, and BIPOC communities, and
do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, body shaming or any other form of discrimination.

Engage with others respectfully regardless of background, identity, or expression.

04. SAFETY

Our Consent Guardians and security are here to uphold the safety of all guests and will respond to reports with care and confidentiality.

Making someone feel uncomfortable, breaches of consent or inclusivity, and unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the event. Everyone in the community shares responsibility for protecting each other — if you see something concerning, speak to a crew member immediately.

Community care flows both ways. We do not tolerate abuse, harassment, or disrespect toward our staff, consent guardians, or artists — in person or online. Our team exists to support your experience, not to endure hostility. Any aggression towards those upholding our shared safety will result in removal and permanent exclusion.

05. CONSENT

Consent is the foundation of everything we do. Touch, flirtation, and interaction — sexual or otherwise — must always be invited and never assumed. "No" means "No", and "Maybe" means "No". Non-intoxicated, enthusiastic, verbal and non-verbal, clear, and reversible consent is essential in all spaces.

Be aware of other’s personal space and do not touch someone without invitation.

06. ENGAGEMENT

Everyone has the right to choose their level of engagement without persuasion, judgement, or discomfort. Aggressive, coercive, or manipulative behaviour — verbal, physical, or non-verbal — and language or actions that pressure someone into participation have no place here.

Communication must always be grounded in respect and genuine consent. Anyone found attempting to push or manipulate others into any form of interaction will be removed or permanently banned.

07. KNOW YOUR LIMITS

We ask all guests to drink responsibly, and look after themselves and others. Drug use and the possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Our venues are licensed spaces, which means anyone who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused entry or asked to leave.

08. PRIVACY

Privacy is sacred: photography and video are only permitted when explicitly approved, and all interactions and stories that occur within TN.W must remain confidential outside of it – What happens at TN.W stays at TN.W.

Do not include anyone in a photograph without their explicit consent. As a guest, if you prefer not to appear in crowd photography taken by our official event photographers, please request a pink wristband upon entry.

PHOTO CONSENT

From 11pm to 2am, an event photographer will capture guests in our designated Photo Booth.

By attending any event and accepting our rules, you consent to any official photography or videography taken on-site being potentially used for marketing, promotion, and documentation purposes by The Naked World. This applies to all attendees, staff, performers, and DJs.

Following the event, a curated selection of photographs may be shared in high resolution via Google Drive — accessible only to attendees of that same event.
